The Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management prepares students for management-level positions in the hospitality industry by providing a well-rounded education in the details of operations and management in the hospitality industry. Previous experience and an Associate’s degree in hospitality is required of applicants. Courses cover topics including hiring personnel, maintaining accounts, purchasing and inventory control as well as entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
